BeyondBound API Documentation and Resources
Research and service information
Use this resource guide to find the public information on BeyondBound's website. Start with the services overview, read about BeyondBound, explore the research focus areas, or visit the management team.
Preparing an inquiry
IRB document templates are available on this website. For questions about your project or pricing, use the contact page and pricing information. Visit updates for additional website resources.
Machine-readable resources
The homepage supports Markdown content negotiation: clients requesting Accept: text/markdown receive a Markdown overview; ordinary browsers receive HTML. A plain-text site guide and XML sitemap provide public links. Missing pages return HTTP 404 with recovery links.
Public Information API
The BeyondBound Public Information API provides structured organization, service, and contact information for clients and AI assistants. It is read-only and does not process inquiries, study documents, or payments.
Download the OpenAPI 3.0 specification or read the agent instructions.
Authentication and versions
No authentication or API key is required for public information. The versioned endpoints begin with /api/v1. Use HTTPS and GET or HEAD without query parameters. OPTIONS is available for browser clients. There is no account access through this API.
Endpoints and examples
GET /api/v1/info returns the public organization name, description, audience, email, telephone, office address, and pricing guidance.
curl -H 'Accept: application/json' https://beyondbound.org/api/v1/infoGET /api/v1/services returns service names, descriptions, identifiers, official page URLs, and pricing and contact links.
curl -H 'Accept: application/json' https://beyondbound.org/api/v1/servicesStructured errors and recovery
Unknown API paths return HTTP 404 with JSON code ENDPOINT_NOT_FOUND. Unsupported methods return HTTP 405 with METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED and an Allow header. Query parameters return HTTP 400 with UNSUPPORTED_PARAMETERS. Each error includes status, an error object containing code, message, and resolution, and a documentation URL. Follow the resolution before retrying. If hosting returns a temporary 5xx response, wait before retrying; do not repeatedly call a failing endpoint.
When to use this API
Use this API to find current public contact information or compare the published IRB review and regulatory support services. For project-specific requirements, timelines, pricing, or an inquiry, use the contact page. API responses are public descriptions and do not represent a study approval or a quote.
